For small companies, whether public or private, we work with them on making sure they present an accurate and sound investment opportunity for prospective investors. Our team then works diligently at introducing these companies to suitable funds, family offices, lenders, and accredited investors in order to help these companies raise the capital necessary to fully execute their business plan.

PRICING
Our pricing structure is unique to each engagement. We work with all of our clients on tailoring a fee structure that makes sense for both parties. Remuneration is typically via retainer, monthly fee, equity, or a combination of these elements. In some cases, we will look to take an Advisory Board seat as well.
